Availability varies by status, such as available, price on request, or under negotiation. Please inquire with the work name.
02 / Can I view a work before purchasing?+
Works available for in-store viewing can be seen by appointment. Some works may be stored off-site, so please contact us first.
03 / Can you hold an item?+
A short hold may be considered depending on the work and negotiation status. Long-term holds are generally not available.

01 / Can you appraise from photos only?+
Photo review is preliminary. Final valuation and purchase availability may change after in-person inspection.

Bank transfer, cash in store, and available credit card options can be explained. Methods are confirmed individually by work.
02 / Can you issue a receipt?+
Yes. Please tell us the recipient name, description, or company name in advance if needed.
03 / Can I pay by overseas transfer?+
This is reviewed case by case. Fees, receipt confirmation, and identity confirmation may be required.

Questions about international shipping, customs, language support, and payment.

Export eligibility, customs, insurance, and shipping cost are confirmed individually. Some works cannot be shipped overseas.
02 / Can I consult in English or Chinese?+
Basic consultation is available in English and Chinese. Specialist details may require additional confirmation time.
03 / Who handles customs and import duties?+
Import duties, taxes, and customs procedures in the destination country are generally the customer's responsibility.

01 / Do antique works have old marks or restoration?+
Age-related wear, kiln marks, restoration, and patina may be present. We explain what can be confirmed.
02 / Can I request additional photos?+
Yes. Please tell us which parts you want to confirm, such as rim, base, signature, box, or restoration areas.
03 / Is authenticity guaranteed?+
We explain each work based on description, references, and review scope. Any guarantee conditions are stated before purchase.
